Make sure Merry Chef Oven is turned off

Turn off waffle iron

When waffle iron is cool, clean with brush and wet microfiber cloth

When oven is cool, wipe down with microfiber cloth and warm water

Clean sanitizer sink

Put all dishwasher-safe items in dishwasher — do not overfill

Wipe down kitchen counter

Wipe down outside of fridge and under fridge handles

Make sure the 3 grey bins for dishes are neatly reorganized

Put the store phone back on the charger

Remove and clean sample tea apparatus on bar

Clean sample cater gator

Remove pastries from display case — place in zip lock bags or cling wrap then into their containers in the kitchen note if hard to touch

Hand wash and safely store all glass or wood display dishes

Make tomorrow's iced tea spring and summer

Pull gates down — only the two in front of the large windows

Bring in sandwich boards

Bring in outdoor seating

Wipe down fridge under bar — inside and out

Wash all tea prep mats

Remove tea prep materials from top of espresso machine onto clean prep mat, wipe down top, front, and sides with glass cleaner, then place materials back

Wipe down display case inside and out with glass cleaner

Wipe down back bar area before placing mats back

Wipe down Bunn hot water machines with glass cleaner

Restock disposable cups, lids, straws, tea pots, and ceramic cups

Organize under the bar — 1oz pouch container must be clutter free

Wipe down ceramic bar counter with spray cleaner

Wipe register display and customer display screen with glass cleaner

Move personal bags, closing locks, and keys to front door ledge or bench

Wipe all tables

Stack black chairs

Invert bar stools on front bench

Restock bathroom — soap, lotion, toilet paper, and hand towels

Clean bathroom with Lysol or similar cleaner

Sweep all areas

Take out garbage and replace trash bags (cardboard recycling on Wednesday and Sunday)

Fill mop bucket with Lysol or similar cleaner and hot water — mop all areas

All buckets moved back to the basement

Lock basement door — confirm it is locked
