This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through BrooklynTea.com and is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, product launches, promotions, or holidays.
Shipping Carriers & Methods
Brooklyn Tea ships via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other major carriers. Shipping options and real-time rates are displayed at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.
Estimated delivery windows after shipment:

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and are subject to carrier performance and external factors.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location, carrier rates, and selected shipping method. Promotional shipping offers, when available, will be automatically applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship to all 50 states and U.S. territories. Delivery times may vary for Alaska, Hawaii, rural areas, and military addresses (APO/FPO).
International Shipping
International shipping options, carriers, and rates are provided at checkout where available. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and fees imposed by the destination country. Brooklyn Tea is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges.
Order Tracking
Once an order ships, customers receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to populate.
Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. Brooklyn Tea is not liable for orders delayed, lost, or delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. Packages returned to sender may be subject to reshipping fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Brooklyn Tea is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If a package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact support within 5 days of the expected delivery date at sales@brooklyntea.com with your order number. We will initiate a carrier investigation and determine eligibility for replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.
Split Shipments
Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on inventory availability and fulfillment location. Separate tracking numbers will be provided when applicable.
Local Pickup
Where available, local pickup options will appear at checkout. Customers will receive pickup instructions via email. Orders not collected within the specified timeframe may be restocked and refunded minus applicable fees.
Shipping Delays
Brooklyn Tea is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other events beyond our control.
